Sverre Stange,
Chairman 
Sverre Stange is a private investor and business leader from Norway. He holds an MBA in Finance from the US, and has worked in the international banking operations of Scandinavian Bank Ltd., in both London and Hong Kong. Stange has been a senior partner in the Norwegian corporate houses- Eden Finans AS and Oslo Finans AS. Since 1993, Sverre Stange has operated as a private equity investor and Chairman / board member of several small and medium sized companies. He is currently the Chairman of a Norwegian based private equity fund.
Halvor Svartdal,
Board Member
Halvor T. Svartdal has been a private investor for the last eight years and a professional member of boards of directors since 1985. He is the co-founder of many companies. Prior to starting his own investment business, he was the Managing Director of Navimar Holding AS, a privately held investment company for 9 years. Mr. Svartdal holds a Masters of Business and Economics (Siviløkonom) degree from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (Norges Handelshøyskole) in Bergen, Norway. Mr. Svartdal resides in Oslo, Norway.
Ashwani Jasti,
Board Member 
Ashwani Jasti, President and CEO of CAMO Technologies (a CAMO group company) is the driving force behind CAMO Tech's strong presence in the Product Development, Testing and Strategic IT staffing space. Prior to joining CAMO, Ashwani was the President of BIT Tech where, he was responsible for building the company into a multi-million dollar e-commerce development and systems integration firm, with a staff of over 200 consultants. Earlier in his career, Ashwani was a Software Consultant to AT&T and NASDAQ, where he obtained hands-on experience in developing systems and application software. Jasti received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Metallurgical Engineering, from Andhra University in India in 1992 and an M.S. in Computer Science from City University of New York (CUNY).
Theresa Comiskey Olsen,
Board Member
Theresa Comiskey Olsen is a U.S. Attorney at Law, qualified to practice U.S. and International Law in Norway. She has her own business, prior to which she was the General Counsel of the pharmaceutical corporation Nycomed A/S, currently headquartered in Zurich. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Ms. Comiskey Olsen resides in Oslo, Norway.
Lena Musćus,
Board Member
Mrs. Lena Musæus is presently CEO and owner of Ullern Bil AS, a posiiton she has held since 1996. She furthermore has long experience in the offshore business after 10 years in Aker AS as well as project and economic management in World City AS (the holding company of Knut Kloster Snr’s activites). She has long board work experience that dates back to 1989. Mrs. Musæus holds a Master of Business and Economics (Siviløkonom) degree from the Norwegian School of Management (Handelsakademiet/BI) in Oslo. She resides in Oslo, Norway.
Morten Rynning,
Deputy Board member
Morten Rynning is an entrepreneur and business leader from Norway. He is currently running an European software business within news search and media monitoring. Rynning has been Manager in several IT start ups for the last 10 years. He holds an MBA in Management, and has previously worked as consultant within business communication, investor relations and internet strategies. Rynning has been board member in CAMO since 2004.
