Lars Österberg,
President & CEOPrior to joining CAMO in September 2006, Lars has been the CEO of Umetrics AB, a software company focusing on multivariate technology that was earlier this year sold to its US partner MKS Instruments. Before this position Lars held General Manager positions at CAD/CAM Software Companies SDRC and Unigraphics and at Embedded Systems Software Company Enea OSE Systems where he was responsible for growing the company from $1 Million to $30 million revenue.
Valérie Lengard,
Chief Technology OfficerValérie received a MSc. in Food Science, Sensometrics and Chemometrics from ENITIAA (Nantes, France) in 1998. She joined CAMO in Norway in 1998. Her successive responsibilities in CAMO over the years have been as a Chemometrics Consultant, Head of Training & Support, Product Manager for The Unscrambler and CEO for CAMO Process AS. Valérie was promoted Chief Technology Officer for the CAMO Software division in 2006.
Janne Edman Martinsen,
Chief Financial OfficerJanne joined CAMO Group as the Chief Financial Officer since the summer of 2007. Janne is responsible for the execution of CAMO Group's software and solutions strategy at a transactional level. She comes from a position as Group Controller in OTRUM, and has experience from finance and controlling from several companies prior to that. Janne holds a MSc in International Finance from CERAM in France.
Trond Amundsen,
Vice President - Sales (Europe and Oceanic)Trond joined CAMO in 2002 to work on CAMO's home markets in Scandinavia and has since 2004 been VP of Sales for Europe, Australia and South America.
Trond has a BA from the Norwegian School of Management, Nanyang Technological University and Universiti Sains Malaysia.
Andrew Chu,
Vice President - Sales (United States & Canada)Andrew T. Chu, MBA, is a successful executive who brings a wealth of knowledge in pharmaceuticals, biotechs, chemicals and materials industries. Prior to joining CAMO, Andrew was the Vice President of Business Development at QuantumBio, Inc., a molecular modeling company, and the Director of Business Development at Qualyst, a leading ADME/Tox technology based biotech company. Andrew has held account and sales management positions at Accelrys and Dow Chemical. Andrew started his career as a chemical engineer at Hoffmann-La Roche and Nalco Chemical. He received his MBA from Rutgers Univ., and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from Purdue University.
Sabyasachi Goswami,
Vice President - Sales (Asia & Africa)Sabyasachi (better known as ‘Goswami’) joined CAMO in August 2003 to develop the Asian market. Since then Goswami has actively participated in various scientific conferences across Asia, conducted various training programs and short courses to increase the awareness and business of multivariate analysis/ chemometrics.
Prior to joining CAMO Goswami has worked for HCL-HP, Pentafour Software, TCG Software and SLK Software in the capacity of various sales and business development roles for these major software houses.
Goswami is 1995 B.Tech (Electronics & Communication) graduate from Regional Engineering College Warangal (now called NIT Warangal) and is an active member of the Alumni.
Dinesh Poduval,
Vice President - Global MarketingDinesh oversees global marketing, advertising, public relations, campaigns, promotions and consumer research for CAMO along with other ongoing efforts to make CAMO group a strong and trusted source for Multivariate Solutions.
Before joining CAMO in 2005, he worked for Datapro, Dunlop and liasoned with CITRIX and Microsoft. Dinesh graduated in Science from Pune University and received his Post Graduation in Marketing from SYMBIOSIS.
Ravi Upadhyaya,
Vice President - Product DevelopmentWith 20 years of experience in the software development industry, Ravi has worked in varied domains spanning transaction processing, scientific research (Ecology, Crystallography, Graph Theory, Anthropology), defense and biotechnology. Having worked with major institutions like Indian Institute of Science, Monsanto and others, Ravi has also worked on establishing the India operations and software development centers for Monsanto Research Center, DSQ Biotech and Jubilant Biosys. He has received a MSc in Statistics from Bangalore University, Bangalore, India
