Pål Bråthen, CEO of CAMO Software AS, is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and overall operations. He is leading the focus on industrial sales, delivering solutions to CAMO Software’s blue-chip client base and new clients, in addition to working with strategic partners.
Pål has more than twenty years senior management experience from both publicly listed and privately held technology companies. He has a long and successful track record in international sales, marketing and business development, combined with hands-on experience working with multicultural teams and clients.
He has previously worked in the renewable and environmental services industry as well as the pharmaceutical, retail, software and management consulting sectors. Pål has a B.Sc (econ) in addition to an International Management Degree from the Norwegian School of Management (BI) and the School of Marketing (NMH).
Nathan is responsible for the marketing and communication strategy and all related activities for CAMO Software globally. Prior to joining CAMO in November 2010, Nathan worked for Mamut ASA, one of Norway’s largest software vendors, with responsibility for marketing in the UK and Ireland.
Nathan has over fifteen years marketing and advertising experience, primarily in the technology sector. He has worked in Australia, UK, Ireland and Norway, and holds a B.Comm in Marketing & Management from Curtin University, Western Australia.
Rajani Davuluri holds a Master's degree in Computer Application from Bharthidasan University (India) in 2001. Rajani's experience spans in the area of software development and in-depth understanding of software architecture, project management using various technologies for implementation and life cycle management of industry-leading enterprise software products and components. Rajani joined CAMO in 2003, to become a key member of the CAMO software development team.
Frank is responsible for CAMO Software’s North American business. His 22-year career began on Wall Street in international trading, followed by financial derivative sales. Frank was a pioneer in recognizing the application of emerging technologies for efficiently pricing relative value derivatives.
Most recently Frank was Vice President of Global Sales for InetSoft Technologies, a provider of Business Intelligence software since 1996.
Frank is a graduate of the University of Hartford’s Barney School of Business with a B.Science in Economics and Finance.
Shirley is responsible for CAMO Software’s European, South American and Oceania sales operations. She has over 25 years of sales experience within the software business working at companies including Metier Management Systems, Oracle Corporation, Software Innovation and Hewlett Packard. During this time she has been successful in selling software solutions through value based processes to senior management in both corporate and government organizations. Shirley has worked extensively in the oil and gas, engineering, healthcare and energy sectors selling both directly and through partner channels.
Shirley is a British citizen, started her working career with BP in London, and has lived in Norway for over 30 years.
Takaya runs CAMO's Japanese office with responsibility for sales, business development, training and support for our rapidly growing Japanese customer base.
He has worked for over 10 years as a sales engineer in software, machinery and scientific instruments for the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, agriculture and plastics industries.
Takaya is a graduate of the Osaka Prefectural Agricultural College, majoring in soil science and working with atomic absorption spectrophotometry. He has extensive experience with UV, VIS, NIR, IR, Raman spectrometers.
Brad Swarbrick is a PAT specialist consultant with CAMO Software and has over 10 years experience in the application of chemometrics techniques to Mid and Near Infrared Spectroscopic analysers in the Pharmaceutical, Agricultural and Chemical Industries.
Brad was part of the Pfizer Global Process Analytical Technology (PAT) group based at the West Ryde Facility in Australia and recently developed the NIR and PAT programs for Sigma Pharmaceuticals, Australia largest pharmaceuticals manufacturer.
Frank Westad received his M.Sc in Chemistry and Data analysis in 1988, and completed his Ph.D. thesis “Relevance and parsimony in multivariate modeling” in 2000 with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. His working experience over the years includes positions as Research Scientist with SINTEF, Consultant with IDT GmbH (Germany), Application Specialist with CAMO and Senior Research Scientist at the Norwegian Food Research Institute (MATFORSK) and GE Healthcare. His experience also includes numerous scientific papers, presentations at international conferences and teaching statistics, chemometrics and multivariate methods for the industry. After being a consultant for CAMO the past two years, he now holds the position of Chief Scientific Officer in the company.
