Sverre Stange,
Chairman & CEOSverre Stange, the Chairman & CEO of CAMO Software is the driving force behind CAMO's renewed efforts in retaining the market leadership for multivariate data analysis products and solutions. is also a private investor and business leader from Norway. He holds an MBA in Finance from the US, and has worked in the international banking operations of Scandinavian Bank Ltd., in both London and Hong Kong. Stange has been a senior partner in the Norwegian corporate houses- Eden Finans AS and Oslo Finans AS. Since 1993, Sverre Stange has operated as a private equity investor and Chairman / board member of several small and medium sized companies. He is currently the Chairman of a Norwegian based private equity fund.
Sabyasachi Goswami,
Vice President - Sales (North America & Asia)Sabyasachi (better known as ‘Goswami’) joined CAMO in August 2003 to build the Asian market. Since then Goswami has actively participated in various scientific conferences in Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India and China, conducted various training programs and short courses to increase the awareness and business of multivariate analysis/ chemometrics.
Goswami has relocated to CAMO’s NJ, USA facility since January 2009 to take care of North American operation and sales as an additional responsibility. Prior to joining CAMO, Goswami has worked with HCL-HP, Pentafour Software, TCG Software and SLK Software in the capacity of various sales and business development roles for these major software houses.
Goswami is 1995 B.Tech (Electronics & Communication) graduate from Regional Engineering College Warangal (now called NIT Warangal) and is an active member of the Alumni.
Dr. Frank Westad,
Chief Scientific OfficerFrank Westad received his M.Sc in Chemistry and Data analysis in 1988, and completed his Ph.D. thesis “Relevance and parsimony in multivariate modeling” in 2000 with the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. His working experience over the years includes positions as Research Scientist with SINTEF, Consultant with IDT GmbH (Germany), Application Specialist with CAMO and Senior Research Scientist at the Norwegian Food Research Institute (MATFORSK) and GE Healthcare. His experience also includes numerous scientific papers, presentations at international conferences and teaching statistics, chemometrics and multivariate methods for the industry. After being a consultant for CAMO the past two years, he now holds the position of Chief Scientific Officer in the company.
Dr. Katherine Bakeev,
Chief Scientist & Product ManagerDr. Katherine received her BS from Case Western Reserve University, and followed with a Ph.D., Polymer Science and Engineering, University of Massachusetts, Amherst. She was awarded her masters in Technology Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2001. Before joining CAMO in March 2009, Katherine held various positions including at GlaxoSmithKline where she led efforts for development and implementation of PAT (NIR, UV-Vis, and Mid-IR) applications for manufacturing.
Katherine’s expertise is in the development and implementation of spectroscopic solutions for on-line measurement in manufacturing (PAT, near-infrared and UV-vis spectroscopy) for various industries. Katherine’s knowledge and experience includes pharmaceutical drug development, chemical development processes, and manufacturing. Much of her work has been using NIR and FTIR with the development and implementation of real-time monitoring applications for manufacturing.
Dinesh Poduval,
Vice President - Global MarketingDinesh oversees global marketing, advertising, public relations, campaigns, promotions and consumer research for CAMO along with other ongoing efforts to make CAMO group a strong and trusted source for Multivariate Solutions.
Before joining CAMO in 2005, he worked for Datapro, Dunlop and liasoned with CITRIX and Microsoft. Dinesh graduated in Science from Pune University and received his Post Graduation in Marketing from SYMBIOSIS.
Brad Swarbrick,
Vice President, Sales, Europe & OceaniaBrad Swarbrick is a PAT specialist consultant with CAMO Software and has over 10 years experience in the application of chemometrics techniques to Mid and Near Infrared Spectroscopic analysers in the Pharmaceutical, Agricultural and Chemical Industries.
Brad was part of the Pfizer Global Process Analytical Technology (PAT) group based at the West Ryde Facility in Australia and recently developed the NIR and PAT programs for Sigma Pharmaceuticals, Australia largest pharmaceuticals manufacturer.
Rajani Davuluri,
Vice President - Product DevelopmentRajani Davuluri holds a Master’s degree in Computer Application from Bharthidasan University (India) in 2001. Rajani's experience spans in the area of software development and in-depth understanding of software architecture, project management using various technologies for implementation and life cycle management of industry-leading enterprise software products and components. Rajani joined CAMO in 2003, to become a key member of the CAMO software development team.
