Require a self-motivating recent college graduate seeking a career in sales and marketing

Job Duties:

  • Act as primary contact for current and new customers
  • Support current and new business
  • Support and grow new business
  • Generate quotations and proposals for customers in a timely manner
  • Assist in building pipeline and meet sales target
  • Creatively solve customer problems and issues and follow them through to their resolution
  • 10-15% domestic and international travels
  • Up keep of account listing & database
  • Update the prospect report weekly

Qualifications:

  • BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Science, or Food Science
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Must be detail oriented and highly organized
  • Must be highly motivated and good project and time management skills
  • Proficient in PC, Microsoft Word, and Excel and major CRM packages (Goldmine, ACT, SalesForce.com, etc)

Education:

  • BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Science, or Food Science

Senior Account Manager/ Account Manager

The Senior Account Managers are key individuals that contribute directly to the company’s goal of becoming the number one MVDA solution provider in the United States and Canada. The position is a unique opportunity for those who have a true desire to grow in sales and account management role within CAMO. The role is essential to the strategic growth of CAMO's existing Products licenses, Customized MVDA applications, Consultancy services and Training revenue. We provide extensive coaching and development with your manager along with mentorship by teammates.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed established monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals
  • Maintain high activity standards (prospecting, cold/ warm calls, number of appointments/ webinar per week, etc.).
  • Manage prospect funnel accurately and effectively.
  • Accurately forecast and report monthly sales.
  • Increase market penetration in assigned accounts by securing new customers, winning back former customers, and developing business within existing accounts.
  • Build relationships with clients/prospects, as well as internal departments.
  • In conjunction with your Manager, develop short-term and long-term plan that will achieve growth in selected accounts/ Develop and deploy tactics to increase CAMO sales
  • Collaborate with global CAMO colleagues with customer references, success stories and customer feedbacks
  • Utilize Goldmine to track account activity including opportunities, forecasting and tasks.
  • Responsible for presenting product demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions to account base. This involves applying a consultative approach using a proven selling process to analyze customer’s requirements, and proposing solutions to exceed customer requirements
  • Serve as first line of contact with customers
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the CAMO sales processes, values and business code of ethics
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team to manage specific outbound campaigns to generate interest in CAMO Products and Training services
  • Travel to meet and foster face to face relations with clients/prospects
  • Identify and participate in Industry events/ conferences to network and exhibit CAMO’s products and solutions

Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelors Degree (from an accredited college or university) in Science / Engineering preferred, MBA is a plus
  • 4 - 5 years B2B sales / business development  experience
  • Excellent customer communication skills, combined with a confident telephone and email manner
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite programs – specifically Excel & PowerPoint and the Internet
  • Applicants must be highly motivated, independent, articulate, self sufficient, have a desire to learn
  • Must enjoy talking to people all day long
  • Proven ability to establish rapport, develop relationships
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Knowledge of CRM and contact management systems
