A saved configuration service can be viewed, edited and used at any time.File Polling . The software enables users to predict or classify samples online at regular or user defined intervals through UI, by using previously developed The Unscrambler® models. The Polling mechanism, in effect, utilizes JCAMP-DX,GRAMS & BFF3 input data formats measured by spectroscopic instruments.
Auto Pretreatments supported . The software supports all the auto pretreatments/ transformations used in The Unscrambler® while developing the model, like Smoothing, Normalizations, Baseline Corrections, Derivatives, Multiplicative Scatter Correction (MSC), and Standard Normal Variate (SNV). This ensures that the calibration models and prediction samples have the same data pretreatments.
Multiple Calibration Model Selection
The software supports simultaneous online prediction on multiple The Unscrambler® models. The user can compare prediction results using different variable range, number of optimum PC, and data pre-treatments. A configuration service is also allowed to include different type of calibration models, PLS1, PLS2, and PCR.
