Chief Executive Officer
Raman Bhatnagar is the CEO of CAMO Software and responsible for the company’s strategic direction and overall operations and performance. Raman brings more than 15 years of experience as an international executive from several senior positions both in Norway and abroad. Most recently Raman was Director of Strategic Projects at Intrum Justitia/Lindorff Group. Prior to Intrum Justitia/Lindorff, Raman was CEO at Cxense ASA, a company specialized in Big Data analytics, where he managed a successful listing of the company at the Oslo Stock Exchange. Raman has also co-founded Hjemmelegene, a successful startup disrupting the Norwegian primary healthcare. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from the Norwegian Institute of Science and Technology (NTNU) and has since early years had a passion for software and applied technologies.
Global Sales Director
Shane McArdle is our Global Sales Director and holds a PhD from the University of Limerick in Ireland. Shane has worked across a number of industries such as pharmaceutical and food and has spent the last 10 years working in the oil and gas industry. He is a key contributor in creating value for customers by bringing analytical technologies & consulting services to energy, oil & gas and service companies worldwide. Shane has a broad background and have held roles within project management, technical solution application, business development, marketing, sales and operational support. Before joining CAMO he worked as Global Sales Manager at Kongsberg Digital.
Shirley A Henshall
Chief Commercial Officer
Shirley A Henshall is the Chief Commercial Officer and has over 25 years of sales experience within the software business working at companies like Metier Management Systems, Oracle Corporation, Software Innovation and Hewlett Packard. During this time she has been successful in selling software solutions through value based processes to senior management in both corporate and government organizations. Shirley has worked extensively in the oil and gas, engineering, healthcare and energy sectors selling both directly and through partner channels. Shirley is a British citizen, started her working career with BP in London, and has lived in Norway for over 30 years.
Geir Rune Flåten
Chief Technological Officer
Geir Rune Flåten received his MSc in Chemistry (Chemometrics) in 1997, and completed his Ph.D. thesis “Dynamic environmental monitoring by means of multivariate modelling” in 2002 at the University of Bergen, Norway. His working experience over the years includes positions as Chemometrician with Pattern Recognition Systems, Research Fellow at the University of Bergen, Data Management Business Lead and Chemometrician Leader at GSK in the UK to mention a few. His experience also includes a number of scientific papers, presentations at international conferences and lectures to academia and industry around the world. After holding the position as Business Development Director for Europe at CAMO for 2 years, he now holds the position of Chief Technological Officer in the company.
