Chief Executive Officer
Raman brings more than 15 years of experience as an international executive from several senior positions in Norway and abroad. Most recently Raman was Director of Strategic Projects at Intrum Justitia/ Lindorff Group. He has also been the CEO at Cxense ASA, where he managed a successful listing of the company at the Oslo Stock Exchange. He holds a master’s degree in computer science from the Norwegian Institute of Science and Technology (NTNU).
Chief Financial Officer
Odd-Erik brings 10 years of experience from BDO as a financial auditor, with a main focus in IT-audit, strategy and business development for the digitalisation of financial audits. He holds a master’s degree in accounting and auditing from BI Norwegian business school.
Geir Rune Flåten
Chief Sales & Solutions Officer
Geir Rune has a MSc in Chemistry (Chemometrics), and completed his Ph.D. thesis at the University of Bergen in Norway. He has worked as Chemometrician at Pattern Recognition Systems, Data Management Business Lead and Chemometrician Leader at GSK. Geir Rune has published a number of scientific papers and often holds presentations at international business conferences and lectures to academia.
Head of Sales, US
Jeff has over 15 years of experience as sales manager, working with customers to adopt new technologies that improve their business. He has extensive experience in selling complex solutions and has had several sales roles in global medical technology companies like CONMED and BD, and most recently as technical sales specialist bio-analytics at Sartorius. Jeff has a BSc degree from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
Chief Product Officer
Lars holds a PhD in physical chemistry from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. He is a specialist in multivariate analysis and chemometrics, and has worked with statistical genetics and method development at the Centre for Integrative Genetics/Norwegian University of Life Sciences. Lars has published numerous articles in chemometrics and bioinformatics journals, as well as heading the development of software packages for multivariate and genetic analysis for the last 7 years.
Chief Technology Officer
Torgrim has developed software and built software development teams for more than 25 years. He has extensive experience in combining the best available resources regardless of location – ensuring that people can work towards common goals using soft skills and technical knowledge. Torgrim has delivered software to more than 10 million users worldwide. Prior to joining Camo, Torgrim spent 13 years with Norman Safeground, the world leading pioneer within IT security.
Chief Scientific Officer
Frank holds a PhD from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology. His working experience over the years includes positions as Research Scientist with SINTEF, Consultant with IDT GmbH and Senior Research Scientist at the Norwegian Food Research Institute (MATFORSK) and GE Healthcare. His experience also includes numerous scientific papers, presentations at international conferences and teaching statistics, chemometrics and multivariate methods for the industry.
Morten Børke Hansen
Chief Marketing Officer
Morten has 15 years of experience in marketing advanced analysis software from various marketing positions at IBM SPSS, SAS Institute and most recently Qlik. He has more than 10 years of international experience with marketing leadership, including product commercialisation, digital marketing, demand generation and brand communication. Morten has an BSc degree from Copenhagen Business School.

Chairman of the Board
Erik is a tech entrepreneur and active investor. Since late 80ties he has co-founded or seed invested in a number of international technology Companies, all of which is still operational or sold into larger groups. His focus is early commercialization with international focus. Typical holding period in excess of 7 years. Payex Group, Talkmore ASA (OSE), Viken Fibernett, Stormgeo Group, OMG as and HitecVison are some of his previous start-ups/seed investments. Current key positions through Vestland Group are CMR Surgical Ltd (UK), Verra Mobility Inc. (listed NASDAQ, US), Brandmaster AS, Kezzler AS, Resoptima Group, Camo Analytics, Datarespons (listed OSE), HitecVision and Seram Coating AS. In most of these he serve as Chairman or Non exec Director.
He is also serving as advisor on “Expert Group for New prosess industry – Entreprenørskap under Prosess21” advisory group appointed by the Norwegian Gov.ment
Member of the Board
Sverre is a private investor and business leader from Norway. He holds an MBA in Finance from the US, and has worked in the international banking operations of Scandinavian Bank Ltd., in both London and Hong Kong. Stange has been a senior partner in the Norwegian corporate houses- Eden Finans AS and Oslo Finans AS. Since 1993, Sverre Stange has operated as a private equity investor and Chairman / board member of several small and medium sized companies. He is currently the Chairman of a Norwegian based private equity fund.

Atila is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience, having served as CEO, COO, CTO, board member, and management consultant, with extensive achievements in generating Shareholder Value in Global Technology Companies. Experience in managing and advising technology companies both in strategic IT segments (Energy, Shipping, Finance, High-performance Computing, Big Data, and Digitalization) as well as in key Environmental Technology sectors (Resource Recovery, Renewables, Circular Economy and Clean-tech).
Jørgen Christian Kadal
Member of the Board
Jørgen has a naval architect education and has been working at DNV GL since 1991 as inspector, surveyor and consultant, including the responsibility for the global fleet of high speed craft up to 1999 . Since 1999 Jørgen has had the responsibility for operation and development of business Intelligence services to the organization and managed a cross company analytic support function supporting service lines in their delivery of analytic based services to external customers. In 2015, he was appointed as Programme Director for Information Technology and Analytics and in 2016 Director for DNVGL Analytic Innovation Centre.
Member of the Board
Benjamin holds an MBA in Internationalization from the University of Agder and executive education from Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley. He is a private investor and has co-founded several companies. Sommer also has considerable experience from IT driven business development projects. He has been partner in Axio Consulting for the last 15 years and holds several board positions.
